PLEASE NOTE:

  • Rental rates do not include the resort fee of $299.

  • Deposit is 50% down with the balance due in 30 days upon making the reservation.

  • Rental Rates do not include credit card processing fees of 4%; however, if you book online, it will automatically be added. If you prefer to pay by check and not pay a processing fee, call the office to book.

  • Rental rates are based on occupancy of 8 people.  An additional $50 per person/per night will be charged if there are over 8 people.
